Man running from deputies caught after horses corner him

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Volusia County deputies say that a man running from authorities picked the wrong pasture.

A group of horses showed up and helped the law enforcement corner the suspect. 

Maultsby was wanted on a probation violation and for aggravated battery on a cop. However, after fleeing from deputies, he has been hit with several more charges.

He now faces two counts of fleeing and attempting to elude, driving while license is suspended, and violation of probation on a prior charge of aggravated battery.
