Deputies investigating deadly shooting
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Orange County Sheriff's Office are investigating a fatal shooting after a person was killed Thursday night.
Deputies were in the area of a 7-Eleven at Landstreet Road and S. Orange Blossom Trail just before 10 p.m. when they heard gunshots.
Deputies say a patrol unit saw a vehicle leave the 7-Eleven at a high rate of speed and they followed in pursuit.
Other deputies units were able to confirm there was a victim at the 7-Eleven.
After the pursuit, deputies were able to apprehend the driver, but the passenger ran from the vehicle and was later taken into custody as well.
At this time, the victim has not be identified. No motive for the shooting is know at this point.
