4 Rivers Cantina food truck opens as Disney Springs

WINTER PARK, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A new food truck has come to Disney Springs, brought to you by the people behind the award-winning 4 Rivers Smokehouse.

Winter Park-based 4R Restaurant Group has opened its highly anticipated new concept, the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, in the Marketplace at Disney Springs.

The Mexican-inspired eatery offers a variety of new signature dishes, including Taco Cone, Tacos, Burrito Bowl and Nachos filled with choice of meats such as Brisket Barbacoa, Nana’s Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga or Grilled Tri-Tip Steak. Each signature dish can be made vegetarian-friendly.

“The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is a great way for tourists from around the world to experience an authentic local brand," said John Rivers, 4R Restaurant Group Founder and CEO. "Our loyal fans will also be able to enjoy a variety of new dishes that are not currently available at any of our 4 Rivers Smokehouses.”

The 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck at Disney Springs is the only 4 Rivers location to offer service seven days a week – including Sunday. All net proceeds from sales every Sunday support The 4R Foundation, which in 2017 helped more than 950 local schools, churches and charitable organizations. All other 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations will remain closed on Sundays.
