Orlando weather: Partly-cloudy skies and dense fog expected through overnight

Partly-cloudy skies are expected for the rest of the evening and through overnight.

With the clear skies and no wind, dense fog will form and impact roads late tonight and through most of the morning.

Be careful when driving on the roads, as visibility will be very limited during this time.

Lows tonight will be in the upper 50s and low 60s across the region.

Weekend weather

What's next:

High pressure will continue to take hold through the weekend and the majority of next week.

Any Super Bowl parties planned look good to go and can definitely be held outside!

Expect temperatures for the weekend to be in the low 80s, with overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.

Looking ahead to next week

Big picture view:

There is a frontal boundary off to the NW that will increase cloud cover and also bring in a few showers on Monday.

High pressure will still be taking hold, which will bring beautiful weather, but foggy mornings for the start of the workweek.

We are watching a front that could sweep some showers in around the time of the Daytona 500.

However, it is too early to nail down that forecast yet. This is something to keep an eye on, as the front could cool temperatures down a little bit by next weekend.

After this front moves through, temperatures could go back down to normal or below-normal looking way ahead.
