On Friday, the heat continues across Central Florida, with heat index levels approaching 110°-115°. This means heat exhaustion and heat strokes are much more likely than on a typical summer Florida day.

Tropical Storm Debby made a second landfall over South Carolina. A second disturbance is being monitored by the National Hurricane Center in the far east Atlantic. It currently has a low chance (30%) of further development, but a long track before it possibly reaches the Caribbean.
