Winter Park leaders discuss parking problems on Park Avenue

WINTER PARK, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - On Tuesday, Winter Park leaders are talking about parking problems on Park Avenue.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, a new report shows that there is a need for more than 200 additional parking spots. 

A consulting firm says the explosion of new restaurants is part of the problem. Since 2003, 17 new restaurants have opened around Park Avenue, replacing old retail space that required less parking.
