Two new I-4 on-ramps open in Maitland

MAITLAND, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Two new Interstate 4 (I-4) on-ramps are now open from Maitland Boulevard. The changes could mean some trouble for your Monday morning commute though.

The signs on Keller Road in Maitland are guiding drivers to the new I-4 on-ramps. It is part of the continuing I-4 construction that includes nightly ramp closures.

The ramp closure is eastbound I-4 from State Road 414, which is also called Maitland Boulevard. Starting this weekend, Maitland drivers can only access eastbound I-4 from two new on-ramps, located just past Maitland Summit and Keller Road.

The I-4 ramp from State Road 414 will close nightly until next Thursday, while they demolish the Old Wymore Bridge Overpass.
