BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A toddler was airlifted to the hospital after falling out of a shopping cart.
Investigators say that the 15-month-old was in the seat, but when the caretaker turned around, the child was on the ground.
No charges were filed.
