Students arrested after BB gun found in backpack

LONGWOOD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Authorities say two students were arrested at Markham Woods Middle School on Wednesday after a BB gun was discovered in a backpack. The BB gun was removed from campus and confiscated by the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. According to the school's principal, Byron L. Durias, no students or staff were ever in danger. Officials do not believe anyone was a target.
