Police say a staff member at a Pinellas Park mental health clinic molested or assaulted at least three adult patients, and they are investigating whether there may be other victims.

According to Pinellas Park police, they received a tip Thursday that there had been “multiple sexual battery incidents” at Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health Services, which is on 58th Street N. They determined that staffer Nicholai Anthony Brief grabbed the breasts of two women and sexually assaulted a third.

He allegedly asked two of them to send him explicit photos, too.

All three victims were described as “elderly or disabled” adult women.

Brief, 34, now faces charges of sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation.

Detectives say they are asking any clients of PEMHS who believe they, too, were a victim of any sexual misconduct by Nicholai Brief to contact the Pinellas Park Police Department at 727-369-7864.
