SpaceX launches 29 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral

Another rocket has lifted off from the Space Coast.

Less than a day after NASA's historic Artemis II launch from Kennedy Space Center, SpaceX set a morning launch for its latest Starlink mission.

What we know:

Space X sent another batch of 29 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit on Thursday.

A Falcon 9 rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station just before 8 a.m.

This marked the 15th flight for the first stage booster, which previously launched Crew-9.

Following separation, the booster is set to land on the "Just Read the Instructions" droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Starlink missions

This new batch of satellites will join thousands of other satellites that have already been sent up to space, expanding Starlink's growing constellation.

The network provides broadband service to users in more than 150 countries, mostly serving remote and underserved areas.
