Small plane crashes in New Smyrna Beach
NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Authorities in Volusia County are investigating a small plane crash in New Smyrna Beach.
According to Volusia County Fire Rescue, one person walked away from the wreckage shortly after the plane went down near Pioneer Trail and Airport Road just before 4 p.m. A small fire which started as a result of the crash has been extinguished.
