SEBRING, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A small gator was just trying to find a place to sleep for the night at a Sebring Quality Inn.
Highlands County Sheriff's Office says that their deputies were called out to the Quality Inn in Sebring after a small gator was spotted roaming around.
The sheriff's office joked on the video, saying "Not sure if this little guy got locked out of his room today or what. Maybe he was looking for the Tiki Bar to get a 'Mar-gator-ita' but he didn't look like his old enough to drink."
The sheriff's office also posted video of the encounter on Facebook, saying that the gator was cornered by a licensed trapper and taken away.
