Sheriff Demings and Mayor Jacobs discuss school security

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A war of words has sparked up in Orange County between Sheriff Jerry Demings and Mayor Teresa Jacobs.

Demings says that there wasn't enough time to hire the extra deputies needed to keep a school resource officer in each Orange County Public School.

Jacobs is wondering why the district was not ready when others were.
