Road ranger struck by vehicle

Orange County, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Troopers responded to the scene of a crash Tuesday morning that occurred on SR 417 at approximately 9:00 a.m.

The first crash involved two vehicles in the southbound lanes.

A road ranger stopped to check on the crash, when a second crash occurred 50 feet south of the first crash.

As the road ranger was checking on the occupants of the second crash, another vehicle struck the road ranger.

The road ranger was transported to Osceola Regional in serious, but stable condition.
