Police officers shoot suspected shooter
CAPE CORAL, Fla. (AP) - Police officers in southwest Florida fatally shot a man suspected in the fatal shootings of a person in a nearby convenience store and a man on a motorcycle.
Police responded to a call Sunday evening about a motorcycle driver who'd been shot. While working that scene, a call came in about the convenience store shooting.
Officers stopped the suspect's vehicle about four minutes later and he violently resisted arrest before being shot.
