One person is dead after being hit by a SunRail train in Orlando Thursday morning, according to police. The crash has shut down Orange Avenue between Garland Avenue and Marks Street, a spokesperson for the Orlando Police Department said in a statement.

Officials said the crash happened shortly before 7 a.m. at Orange Avenue and Weber Street, shutting down the area for several hours.
The road reopened around 9:15 a.m., the Orlando Police Department said in a tweet.
