Parkland victim's family wants health records of shooter released

PARKLAND, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A legal fight for the release of the accused Parkland school shooter's mental health records.

The family of Helena Ramsay wants access to the paperwork during the suspect's time at a mental health facility leading up the deadly school shooting. Ramsay was a student and one of the 17 people killed in the Parkland school shooting. Her family says they are preparing for a possible lawsuit.

The mental health facility has already been named in several other lawsuits filed by victims' families.
