Parkland shooter's brother drops contempt charge

Attorneys for the brother of the suspected Parkland school shooter are dropping their attempt to hold the Broward County Sheriff's Probation Chief in contempt of court.

Zachary Cruz's attorneys had filed court papers alleging the official wrongly ordered his ankle monitor to go off whenever Cruz entered the county.

Cruz was placed on probation for trespassing at Stoneman Douglas High School. His brother is accused of shooting and killing 17 people there.
