Park to be built under Interstate 4 in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - City officials are planning to put a park under the Interstate 4 overpass in Downtown Orlando.  The "Under I" will stretch from Church Street to Washington Street and include five blocks.
