The warming trend continues into next week. Highs will rise to the low 80s, while the east wind pattern keeps a slight chance of showers in the forecast through the weekend and into the workweek.

Florida is experiencing unseasonably warm weather today, with temperatures running significantly higher than this time yesterday. A steady flow of warm air off the Atlantic Ocean is driving the increase, accompanied by gusty winds ranging from 20 to 25 mph.
