Orange County holds 'State of the Schools' address

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Orange County School Leaders gave a "State of the Schools" address on Thursday.

School Board Chair Bill Sublette highlighted the district's accomplishments and handed over the reins to Teresa Jacobs in the 'passing of the pencil' ceremony.

Superintendent Barbara Jenkins also announced that graduation rates in Orange County have risen to 94%.
