New video released in fatal shooting involving deputies

DELAND, Fla. (AP) - Video released by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office shows a robbery suspect swinging his arms in the seconds before he is fatally shot by three deputies.

The video released Tuesday of the deputies shooting Donald Brown was captured by a person parked behind where deputies had pulled over Brown and driver Erin Finney.  Deputies made the stop based on a suspicion that Brown had just committed a robbery.
