Monster Jam preparations at Camping World Stadium

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Camping World Stadium in Orlando is transforming into a "monster" truck course.

Featuring 14 trucks and drivers vying to be the Orlando champion, "Monster Jam" is one of area's most popular events of the year.  Our cameras rolled as crews brought 300 truck-loads of new dirt to the stadium.

"Clay is really good, because it sticks together and it helps us build better ramps and jumps and the stuff that the monster trucks do, in order to do the job," said Sharon Ramlowe, track construction manager for Monster Jam.

Monster Jam starts Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 7 p.m.
