ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Now at 100,000 people, medical marijuana patients are at an all-new high in Florida.
However, only 75,000 of those patients have received ID cards to purchase the treatment.
Nearly 300,000 applications are still being processed.
