During the interaction, Ingram obtained the victim’s phone number and began contacting her repeatedly, authorities said.

The victim told investigators that despite blocking Ingram’s number, he continued calling her using a "No Caller ID" number. This year alone, she reported receiving more than 100 calls, some of which included threats directed at her and her daughter.

In one incident, Ingram allegedly contacted the victim’s son’s school and attempted to have the child switched to a car rider instead of riding the bus, according to authorities.

Ingram was arrested at the Federal Courthouse and is accused of violating his felony probation for previous homicide charges.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation is ongoing and urged anyone experiencing similar harassment to report it immediately.

What we don't know:

Law enforcement officials said he could face additional charges related to harassment and threats.

Ingram remains in custody as authorities continue their investigation.
