Man douses Daytona Beach teen in pepper spray over $3 debt
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A man was arrested in Daytona Beach after he doused a 17-year-old girl in pepper spray and chased her down, attempting to pour gasoline on her.
The Daytona Beach Police Department says that Conrad Massey doused a 17-year-old girl in pepper spray, chased her down, and attempted to pour gasoline on her.
All of this was done reportedly over a $3 debt, the victim told police.
