Man accused of smashing car with a frying pan

COCOA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - A Cocoa man was locked up because Brevard County deputies say he attacked his girlfriend's car with a frying pan.

They say Alred Smith smashed up the car and poured sugar in the gas tank. Florida Today reports that he vandalized the car after a fight.

Smith is being held without bond.
