WESLEY CHAPEL (FOX 13) - All southbound lanes of Interstate 75 at the I-275 split have now reopened following a crash involving an overturned box truck that caught fire.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a tractor-trailer suffered a tire blowout, causing the driver to lose control, plow into the median and collide with a guardrail. The vehicle overturned and caught fire.
Troopers say the driver was helped from the truck and hospitalized for minor injuries.
All lanes had reopened after 4 p.m.
