Hotel fire forces evacuations

ORLANDO, Fla (WOFL FOX 35) - Orange County firefighters are moping up a fire at the EconoLodge Hotel near the Florida Mall. 

Fire crews say the flames spread into the attic of the building and they had to pull apart the roof to put out  the flames.

62 adults and 5 children were evacuated. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined
