Gov. Scott signs executive order overturning beach access law

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Governor Scott has signed an executive order overturning a beach access law that went into effect on July 1st.

The law would have allowed owners of beachfront property to ban others from using their sand.

However, Governor Scott's executive order now restricts all agencies from restricting access to the beach.
