Dogs allowed at Orange County restaurants with new approved plan

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - You can now take your dog to lunch in Orange County.

Orange County commissioners have approved a plan to allow dogs in the outdoor seating sections of restaurants. Restaurants in the Doctor Phillips, Gotha, Metro West, and Windermere, etc can now apply for permits.

If approved, the restaurants can start accepting customers with dogs as early a November 9th.
