Disney offers to raise minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2021

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Disney has agreed to offer a $15 minimum wage to all theme park employees.

Right now, the minimum wage is $10 an hour. The raise could take effect by 2021, but negotiations are still in the works.

Union leaders for park employees are still pushing for new rules on overtime and holidays.
