Commissioners look at doggie dining ordinance
ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - More restaurants could soon welcome dogs in Orange County.
Commissioners got a first look at an ordinance Tuesday that would allow dogs in outdoor dining spaces.
State law says dogs are allowed in outdoor spaces if the local government gives the okay.
Cities in Orange County such as Orlando, Winter Park and Winter Garden have already passed such ordinances.
County commissioners are expected to vote on the ordinance in October
