SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Seminole County is letting its Countywide Burn Ban expire.
Officials say recent rains have caused the Keetch-Byram Drought Index to fall below 500 and the Fire Danger Index to fall to a level allowing the Ban to be lifted.
Currently, the KDBI reading for Seminole County is 402.
The ban lasted for 69 consecutive days.
