Baby born to mom whose Florida maternity photos went viral
TAMPA, Fla. (FOX 13) - When we met Lindsey Tuttle, she was 9 months pregnant and basking in her 15 minutes of fame thanks to her “Florida Man” maternity photo shoot going viral. Now, a few weeks after she cradled an alligator for the camera, she's cradling her human bundle of joy.
"This is Chase Tuttle. He was born on March 7 at 6:23 p.m.," Lindsey Tuttle said showing off her newborn son.
Chase weighed 8 pounds and 1 ounce.
One day, he will learn all about his parent's less-than-traditional photo shoot.
Lindsey said she'll tell him, “Mom and Dad are fun, I hope that he takes away from it, if anything, it’s something I can embarrass him when he goes to prom one day.”
She says she has zero regrets after going viral, saying it went above and beyond her expectations. It even got her recognized at a somewhat awkward time.
“When we were at the hospital we were recognized by the doctor that was on call,” she said. “I'm very happy. We actually ordered an alligator costume for him."
