Argument at motel ends with shooting

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Daytona Beach Police are charging two people in a shooting.

Heath Banner is the suspected gunman and the other person charged is Fredrick Peters, who police say was also armed. Peters and his girlfriend were both shot and survived their wounds. Both men face felony charges.

Police say that gunfire erupted following an argument Friday night at a motel on Ridgewood Avenue.
