APOPKA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The Apopka Police Department announced on Monday that Deputy Chief Randy Fernandez has been relieved of duty with pay.
They said that the decision was made after allegations of abuse of authority and position.
The police department has made no further comment.
