Accused cop killer, Everett Miller, back in court

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - The man accused of killing two local police officers returns to court on Thursday.

Everett Miller is accused of gunning down Kissimmee Police Officer Matthew Baxter and Sergeant 'Sam' Howard during a traffic stop.

Saturday will mark one year since they were killed.
