ORLANDO, Fla. - An area of low pressure continues to produce disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity in the Western Atlantic. Some development of this system is possible during the next few days as it drifts northwestward today and then accelerates northward early this week.
WHERE: It's located a few hundred miles SE of Bermuda, and it's expected to stay well to the east of the island.
IMPACTS: This disturbance doesn't look to have any impacts on the U.S. but could bring some rougher ocean conditions to Bermuda.
As it works around the ridge of high pressure in the Atlantic, it could organize and strengthen more, but right now, there's only a 30% chance of development over the next 7 days.
