Another injury on Daytona Beach when car runs over woman

A driver on Daytona Beach ran over a person sitting on the sand. It happened, while the 71-year-old woman was sunbathing. It's another freak accident. Deputies say the driver was pulling out of a parking spot on the beach. When this person ran over the victim as she was sitting in a beach chair.
