Boy Scout troop explains flag retirement, disposal ceremony

Local members of the Boy Scouts of America here in Central Florida are hosting a flag retirement and disposal ceremony for members of the community to properly dispose of older flags. They explained the process and why it is important to dispose of them in the proper way.
