Police continue investigation into shooting off Kingspointe Pkwy

Several arrests have been made following a shooting behind an Orlando business complex, police said. Now, Orlando Police Chief Orlando Rolon is questioning why one of those believed to be involved was back on the streets after facing charges two months ago.
