Webb’s Candy Shop is famous for its signature goat's milk fudge, a decadent treat known for being significantly richer, smoother, and creamier than traditional fudge made with cow's milk. The 407's Lauren Margolis takes us behind the scenes to see the process. To make this famous confection, owner RJ Webb says the shop proudly sticks to the exact multi-generational process established by his grandfather. The ingredients are slow-cooked in antique, heavy-duty copper kettles and continuously stirred using massive wooden paddles. This old-school, small-batch boiling method allows for precise heat distribution before the molten fudge is poured out, cooled, mixed and hand-sliced into its final, melt-in-your-mouth portions.

The 407's Lauren Margolis introduces us to LEGO artist E.J. Bocan III and his unique creation. It took him 16 weeks to design and build what he calls "Mustache Manor Castle". The manor weighs about 550 pounds and features hidden mustaches throughout. You can see Bocan's castle and several other creative builds at the Brick Convention happening at Central Florida Fairgrounds June 6 and 7.
