Pro Bowl practices kick off at Disney's Wide World of Sports

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Pro Bowl practices started on Wednesday at Disney's Wide World of Sports.

The practices are free and open to the public. They run through Friday at Disney.

Fans can also experience the Pro Bowl Experience, which gives them a chance to run a 40-yard dash or kick a field goal. 

The practice also gives you a chance to get up close and personal with the players.

There are also several Pro Bowl events this week, including community service projects and the annual skills showdown. 

The Pro Bowl game is at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
