Woman who survived lightning strike speaks out

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A woman who survived after being struck by lightning in Volusia County is speaking out.

Three people were hit in Daytona Beach Shores on Friday.

One woman died. She's been identified as Janika Gardner, who was visiting from Georgia.

A man identified as Russell Scott, who is also from Georgia, remains hospitalized.

Anna Nikorak survived the strike. She said she was walking on the beach with her friend when she was hit.

Now, she's describing what it felt like.
