Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Office say a woman was found deceased after two young toddlers were discovered wandering a neighborhood in the Pine Hills area.

At around noon on Friday, a passerby noticed the children, approached them, and was then led to the house along Pipes O the Glen Way, where they found the victim, identified as 41-year-old Denise Hayes.

"We are currently moving forward with a homicide investigation. This is a suspicious incident," said Jeff Williamson, with the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The home where the body was found is empty and unoccupied.  Authorities said Hayes is grandmother of the children, who are said to be ages two and three.

Authorities have identified a suspect in the case as 52-year-old Bobby Lee Story, who is described as the boyfriend of Hayes.  Williamson said Story has a history of domestic violence.

The children are said to be in good condition and are now in the custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families.
