Two recovering after car hits them while sunbathing at New Smyrna Beach
NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Two people are still recovering after a car hit them while they sunbathed on New Smyrna Beach.
Police sya a 78-year-old man had a medical emergency while driving on the beach. His car was moving out of the driving lanes and hit two people on the beach.
Fortunately, both people survived are expected to fully recover. Beach patrol says that there is important rules to follow when driving on the beach, including keeping your windows open, headlights on, and stay below ten miles per hour.
