St. Cloud police search for missing woman

St. Cloud police are searching for a missing woman.

They say Faith Kepner, 20, has been missing for four days.

According to her mother, Faith has the mental capacity of a 13-year-old.

The News Station asked Sgt. Frankie Delarosa, of the St. Cloud Police Department, if they were concerned.

"Yes, based on the information her mom gave us, based on her mental capacity, we are taking this serious and taking all efforts we can to locate her safely," he said.

Police say she was last seen at a Neighborhood Walmart, off Nolte Road, on Friday at around 11 a.m.

While investigators don't believe foul play is involved, they are worried about her welfare.

Investigators say she told her mother she was at Walmart.

Police say Faith had an argument with her mom and left, telling the News Station it's the not first time she's turned up missing.

"The mom stated to us that this is something that's happened in the past, where after a disagreement faith has left the residence," Sgt. Delarosa said.

Last time it was a day and a half. This time she's been gone for four days.

Officers say they are doing everything they can to find Faith, who was wearing a black hoodie that says "love" on it and a pink shirt underneath.

"We had a search party out Monday morning, utilizing our resources to try to recover her. We still have some of our detectives out in the field following up on some tips,"
 Delarosa said.
