SR 434 under I-4 closing nightly beginning Sunday
LONGWOOD, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - State Road (S.R.) 434 under Interstate 4 (I-4) is closing from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. on September 30 through October 8 to allow I-4 Ultimate crews to begin work on building the new I-4 bridges over S.R. 434.
While the ramps at the I-4 and S.R. 434 interchange are not closed during the nightly bridge work, the closure of S.R. 434 under I-4 will prevent motorists on the east side of the interchange from accessing the westbound I-4 on-ramp, and vice versa (since you won’t be able to travel under I-4 on S.R. 434 to access those ramps).
